About Meditation:
Himalayan Samarpan Meditation is open to all faiths and religions and connects naturally with the flow of universal consciousness. It is a simple yet very powerful practice that guides one to self-realization and inner peace through a half an hour of regular meditation. As we meditate, we journey inwards and the energy of consciousness that lies within us begins to awaken, strengthen, and rise.
About the Founder:
HIS HOLINESS SHIVKRUPANAND SWAMI, affectionately called Baba Swami, is a Living Saint who spent 16-years in the Himalayas. Having attained enlightenment, He returned to society to share this path of self-realization and to help the common person grow spiritually and attain inner peace.
